It is now available the CD “Early works” which includes the first piano works by Joan Guinjoan, some of them unpublished, magnificently performed by the pianist Alfonso Calderón De Castro and edited by the record label Ibs Classical. On April 27th and 28th the OBC conducted by Stephanie Childress performed the Fantasia del Trencadis along with works by Chopin and Rakhmàninov.
On March 02, 2024 the piano-duo Emili Brugalla and Vesko Stambolov offered the program "Sons Ibèrics" where they performed Flamenco (1994) by Joan Guinjoan. The concert, organized by the Joan Manén Association, took place at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu and included works from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries by several Catalan composers.
